Once a campaign is built, there are two ways to get it out. You choose per campaign, not once for your account.

Send with LTV.ai

LTV.ai sends on your own authenticated domain. Scheduling, warm-up, suppression, and reporting all happen here.

Push to Klaviyo

LTV.ai creates the campaign in your Klaviyo account. You schedule and send it there, on Klaviyo’s infrastructure.

How they compare

Sending with LTV.ai

This is the default. Finish the draft, choose an audience, and schedule. LTV.ai handles authentication, warm-up, suppression, bounce and complaint handling, and generates a campaign report about 36 hours later. It requires a verified sending domain. See Set up your sending domain and Scheduling and sending.

Pushing to Klaviyo

Use Push to Klaviyo from the draft editor. The campaign is created in your Klaviyo account, where you review, schedule, and send it as you would any other Klaviyo campaign. The same button appears on proactive idea pages, so an idea LTV.ai raised can go straight into Klaviyo without being sent from here. See Proactive ideas.

Which to choose

Push to Klaviyo if your sending reputation, compliance review, or reporting already lives there, or if you are not ready to set up a separate sending domain. It lets you use LTV.ai purely for generating campaigns. Send with LTV.ai if you want the audience selection, warm-up governance, suppression, and campaign reports to all apply. This is where the product does the most for you.
Campaigns pushed to Klaviyo are reported on and attributed by Klaviyo. Those figures will not reconcile with LTV.ai’s own numbers, because the two use different attribution models and windows. See Attribution.
