LTV.ai watches your customer data, campaign history, and marketing calendar, and raises campaign ideas on its own. They appear on your Home page, and can be delivered to Slack every weekday so you see them without opening the dashboard.

What triggers an idea

Something changed in your data

A segment growing or shrinking, customers drifting toward lapsing, a category picking up.

Something is coming up

An event on your marketing calendar, a seasonal moment, or a gap in your send schedule.

A campaign performed notably

A result worth following up on, positively or negatively.

A segment is worth reaching

A group that has become large enough or distinct enough to be worth its own campaign.

What an idea contains

An idea is not just a suggestion in text. LTV.ai builds it out: a complete email with copy and imagery, and a sized audience, so you can judge it on the finished article rather than the pitch.

Where ideas arrive

Home

Always on. New ideas surface on your Home page with the full campaign attached.

Slack, daily

Delivered to a channel every weekday. Your team sees the idea, the reasoning, and the built email without signing in.
Connect Slack under Settings > Connections, then choose the channel and schedule under Settings > Daily Briefing. Use a public channel, since LTV.ai cannot add itself to a private one. Ideas can also go to email addresses you nominate. See Slack, Figma, and tracking and Daily briefing. Delivering to Slack is worth doing if approvals involve more than one person. You can reply to the message to request changes, and the draft in LTV.ai updates without anyone opening the dashboard.

Acting on one

Open an idea from Home to see the full campaign.
Accepting an idea does not schedule a send. It creates a design and prepares the audience. You still go through Audience and Schedule yourself before anything goes out.

Tuning the generations

Proactive campaigns are built without a brief from you, so they lean entirely on what LTV.ai already knows about your brand. If ideas come back off-tone or looking generic, these two are where to fix it.

Brand DNA

Voice, tone, and the reference emails that show how your brand writes. Sets what the copy sounds like.

Image Library

The imagery heroes are built from. Lifestyle photography is the single biggest lever on how generated campaigns look.

Past suggestions

Every idea raised is kept, whether you acted on it or not. Open the suggestions history from Home to review them.

Turning it off

Ideas appear with no configuration. If you would rather not see them, or want them delivered somewhere other than Home, adjust delivery under Settings > Daily Briefing. See Daily briefing.
