How it is built
When you enter your website address during onboarding, LTV.ai reads your site and public presence and extracts:- Logo, color palette, and fonts
- Tone of voice and recurring phrasing
- Product positioning and category language
- What your brand talks about and what it avoids
Editing it
You can edit any field directly. You can also use the chat on the Brand DNA page to change it conversationally, for example asking it to be less formal or to stop using a particular phrase.Reference libraries
Two libraries on this page do more for output quality than any other setting. Both start populated from what LTV.ai detected, and both are worth curating by hand.Email references
Past emails that show LTV.ai how your brand writes and lays out a campaign. Add them by browsing your brand’s own sending history, or by uploading emails directly. Aim for five to ten, chosen to cover the range of campaigns you actually send rather than ten variations of the same promotional blast. A useful spread:- Two or three straight promotions or sales
- One or two product launches
- One editorial or storytelling send
- One transactional-feeling send, if you use that tone
Hero references
Images LTV.ai draws from when building new hero visuals. The card describes them as “the hero images we draw from when building new heroes.” LTV.ai uses up to three per generation. So three is the working minimum, and a library of ten or more gives it enough range to pick something that fits the brief rather than reusing the same shot. Worth including:- Your strongest product photography, across different products
- Lifestyle and in-context shots, not only packshots
- Seasonal imagery if your calendar is seasonal
- Anything with the lighting or styling you want repeated
The setup checklist marks these complete as soon as one reference exists. That is a completion check, not a recommendation. One reference will produce noticeably narrower output than ten.
Competitors
The brands you compete with in the inbox. These feed competitor research rather than generation directly. See Ideation Agent.Visual identity
