Banners

Banners are promotional strips that sit inside the body of an email, typically announcing a sale, a shipping threshold, or a seasonal message. Find them under Manage Modules > Banners. Upload your own banner image to add one. LTV.ai selects a banner when the campaign brief calls for one. You can add, remove, or swap it while editing the draft.

Product grids

A product grid is a block of recommended products pulled from your catalog. LTV.ai populates it per campaign using purchase history, product affinity, and the campaign context. You do not configure product grids in advance. They are generated as part of the campaign and edited in the draft editor, where you can swap individual products or change how many appear. Product grids require a synced catalog. Without Shopify, LTV.ai has no products to recommend.

Prediction models

If enabled for your brand, Manage Modules > Prediction Models exposes model driven scores you can segment on, such as churn risk, purchase probability, and lifetime value tier. See Prediction models.
