Slack

Connect Slack to receive finished campaigns, proactive ideas, and daily briefings in a channel your team already watches.

Authorize

Open the Slack connector and authorize LTV.ai for your workspace.

Pick a public channel

Search for and select the channel that should receive notifications. If another workspace member already connected that channel, LTV.ai tells you rather than silently taking it over.
Use a public channel. LTV.ai adds itself to public channels automatically. Private channels do appear in the picker, but Slack does not let an app join one on its own, so nothing will be delivered until someone invites LTV.ai to that channel manually.To use a private channel anyway, open it in Slack and invite the LTV.ai app before selecting it here.
Once connected you can also refine a campaign directly from Slack by replying to the message, without opening the dashboard.

Figma

Import a design from Figma and turn it into a sendable email. There are three ways to authenticate, in order of preference:
  1. OAuth. Click connect and authorize. Works for most accounts.
  2. Personal access token. Generate one in Figma under Settings > Security.
  3. Organization token. For Figma Organization and Enterprise plans, generate a token starting with fig_p_.

Manual tracking script

If your store is not on Shopify, install the tracking script so LTV.ai can attribute revenue to campaigns. Copy the snippet from the Manual tracking script connector and paste it into your site’s <head>, or add it as a custom HTML tag in Google Tag Manager.
The tracking script connector always shows as disconnected. It has no way to detect installation. Verify by checking that conversions appear on a campaign report after a send.
Without Shopify, LTV.ai has no product catalog or order history. You will need to upload customer lists manually and product recommendations will be unavailable. See Lists.

Air

The Air asset library integration pulls creative from your Air workspace. It is available on request. Contact your account manager to have it enabled.
