Once an email is assembled you land in the draft editor. Everything in the email is editable, either directly or by asking.

Refining by asking

The chat panel in the editor edits the email for you. It is useful for changes that would be tedious by hand. Things it handles well:
  • Make the subject line shorter and less pushy
  • Swap the hero for something with more contrast
  • Add a section below the products about our returns policy
  • Remove the second call to action
If a request is ambiguous, it asks rather than guessing.

Regenerating

Regenerate produces a fresh version of a single element rather than the whole email. You can regenerate the hero image, an individual section, or the copy in a block, without losing the rest of your edits.

Refining from Slack

If Slack is connected, campaigns delivered to your channel can be refined by replying to the message. The changes apply to the draft in LTV.ai. See Slack, Figma, and tracking.

What you cannot edit

Your header and footer are fixed for the campaign. Change them under Manage Modules, and the change applies to every future campaign. See Headers and footers.
A plain text version of every email is generated automatically after assembly. You do not need to write or maintain it. It improves deliverability for recipients whose clients block HTML.
