Campaign Creator is where most campaigns start. You describe what you want, LTV.ai asks anything it needs, and it produces a complete email. Find it in the sidebar under Campaign Creator.

The three tabs

Writing a brief

A brief is one or two sentences. Be specific about the goal and the offer, and leave the rest to LTV.ai. Good briefs look like:
  • Promote the new winter outerwear collection to people who bought outerwear last year
  • Win back customers who have not ordered in six months, with a 15 percent code
  • Announce free shipping over 50 dollars for the rest of the month
LTV.ai will ask follow up questions where the brief is ambiguous, then generate.

What it builds

Copy in your brand voice

Subject line, preheader, body copy, and calls to action, written against your Brand DNA.

Hero image

Generated for the campaign. You can supply product images to work from, or regenerate it.

Product grid

Pulled from your catalog based on purchase history and campaign context.

Your header and footer

Applied exactly as configured. Never generated. See Headers and footers.

Two ways to start a design

When LTV.ai reaches the design stage it asks whether to generate one or use your own.
  • Design with AI. LTV.ai composes the layout. This is the default.
  • Import your own design. Upload an image or HTML, or pull a design from Figma.

From draft to send

Once the email is assembled you move through three stages, shown as a step indicator at the top of the page.
1

Draft

Review and edit the email. See Editing a draft.
2

Audience

Choose who receives it and apply exclusions. See How audiences work.
3

Schedule

Send now or pick a date and time. See Scheduling and sending.

One prompt generation

Beta. Available per brand. Contact your account manager if you do not see it.
If enabled, the composer on your Home page generates a complete campaign from a single prompt with no back and forth. The result lands in your Design Library as a saved design, ready to edit and send. Use it when you know exactly what you want. Use Campaign Creator when you want LTV.ai to ask questions first.
