Your header and footer are applied to every campaign automatically. They are the parts of your email that should never vary, which is why LTV.ai never generates them. Find them under Manage Modules > Headers and Manage Modules > Footers.

Defaults

LTV.ai creates a default header and footer when you finish onboarding, using your logo and colors. They work immediately. Most brands replace them with something closer to their existing email.

Import from Klaviyo

Pull the header and footer out of a past Klaviyo campaign. The closest match to what your customers already receive.

Paste HTML

Paste or upload the HTML directly if you have it.

Edit visually

Use the built in editor to change text, links, images, and spacing without touching code.
Open a header or footer and choose edit to open the visual editor. When you import a header or footer, LTV.ai detects the links inside it and asks you to confirm where each one should point. This runs once per module, not per campaign.

Compliance

Your footer is where the legally required parts of a marketing email live.
Every campaign includes a one click unsubscribe link that cannot be removed. Your physical mailing address is required by CAN-SPAM and must be present in your footer. Check it is there before your first send.

Why they are never generated

Generated headers and footers would drift between campaigns, break brand consistency, and risk dropping compliance content. LTV.ai preserves yours exactly as written on every send, including on campaigns built from an uploaded design.
