Install
Install LTV.ai from the Shopify App Store, or use the direct install link from your account manager. After install you land in the LTV.ai dashboard. If your store was connected before and needs reconnecting, go to Settings > Connections, open Shopify, and choose Reconnect my store. Enter youryourstore.myshopify.com address and complete the OAuth prompt.
Permissions
These are the scopes LTV.ai’s email features rely on.
The install screen also lists
read_checkouts, write_orders, read_returns, read_fulfillments, read_customer_payment_methods, read_shopify_payments_disputes, and write_own_subscription_contracts. These belong to the shared ShopToken platform app rather than to LTV.ai’s email features.
What syncs
Customers
Profiles, location, email subscription status, and customer tags.
Orders
New orders, full purchase history, status changes, cancellations, and refunds.
Products
Details, images, descriptions, pricing, inventory, and collections.
How often it syncs
LTV.ai combines webhooks for live events with scheduled jobs for bulk data.
A large catalog change can take up to 30 minutes to appear. If products look wrong or missing, open Settings > Connections > Shopify and use the catalog health card to trigger a re-sync.
Signing in
The LTV.ai dashboard is a separate login. Sign in with a magic link or a password at the dashboard URL. Shopify is not a sign-in provider for LTV.ai, and there is no Shopify single sign-on into the dashboard.Disconnecting
