How Multi-Brand Works

Each brand in LTV.ai is a fully independent workspace with its own:

Setting Up Multiple Brands

Add a new brand

Go to Settings > Brands and click Add Brand. Connect the brand’s Shopify store.

AI learns the brand

The AI automatically ingests the brand’s previous emails, website, social media, and online presence. Each brand gets its own custom-trained AI model.

Let AI analyze

LTV.ai analyzes each brand’s products and customers independently, creating tailored segments and marketing strategies.

Switching Between Brands

Use the brand switcher in the top navigation to move between brands. All pages — campaigns, segments, analytics — update to show the selected brand’s data.

Cross-Brand Analytics

While each brand operates independently, you can view aggregate analytics across all brands:
  • Total revenue across all brands
  • Comparative performance between brands
  • Combined subscriber count
  • Cross-brand engagement trends

Team Permissions

Control which team members can access which brands:
