How Campaigns Work

Every campaign in LTV.ai is a single, one-off email send to a targeted audience. You describe what you want to promote, the AI builds the campaign, and you approve and send. There are no drip sequences or automated trigger-based flows — every campaign is intentional, reviewed by you, and sent when you’re ready.

Describe your campaign

Tell the AI what you’re promoting in plain language. A product launch, a seasonal sale, a new collection, a restocking notification — anything.

AI builds your audience

The Targeting Agent queries your customer data and suggests the audiences most likely to convert for this specific campaign.

AI selects segmentation

The AI picks the best segmentation strategy for this campaign and creates personalized email variants for each segment.

AI generates the email

The Campaign Creator generates the full email — copy, images, product recommendations, and personalized subject lines for every customer.

Preview everything, make any edits, and send. That’s it.

Managing Exclusions

You control who doesn’t receive emails:
  • Brand-level exclusions — customers excluded from all emails for your brand
  • Campaign-level exclusions — customers excluded from a specific campaign
Unsubscribes are handled automatically — when a customer clicks the unsubscribe link, they’re immediately added to your exclusion list and will never receive another marketing email.

Allow 24-48 hours for open and click data to fully populate after a send. Conversion data can take several days.
