Campaign Analytics

Drill into each campaign to see detailed performance:
  • Per-segment metrics — open rate, click rate, conversions broken down by segment variant
  • Revenue attribution — revenue generated by the campaign
  • A/B test results — variant performance comparison (if A/B testing was used)

Segment Analytics

View performance broken down by customer segment:
  • Which segments are most engaged
  • Revenue per customer by segment

Email-Level Metrics

For each individual email, track:

Revenue Attribution

LTV.ai attributes revenue to emails using a click-based attribution model:
  • When a customer clicks a link in your email and makes a purchase within the attribution window, that revenue is credited to the campaign
  • The attribution window is configurable in your settings

Exporting Data

Export your analytics data for use in other tools:
  • CSV export — download raw data for any date range
  • Dashboard sharing — share read-only dashboard links with your team
