# Workspaces

> Running more than one brand from one account

If you run several brands, each one gets its own workspace. Workspaces are fully independent.

## What is separate per workspace

<Note>
  Hard bounces are the one exception. An address that hard bounces is suppressed across every workspace, because the mailbox itself does not exist.

## Switching

Use the **Workspace** control in the sidebar. Every page updates to the selected brand.

## Working in two brands at once

Each browser tab remembers its own workspace, so you can have two brands open side by side without one switching the other. Changing workspace in one tab does not move the others.

  Check which workspace a tab is in before scheduling. The sidebar always shows the current one.

## If your access changes

If your access to a workspace is removed while you are working in it, LTV.ai moves you to a workspace you can still reach and tells you why, rather than leaving you on an error page.

## Adding a brand

New workspaces are set up by the LTV.ai team, including the Shopify connection and initial brand build. Contact your account manager.

## Signing in

The LTV.ai dashboard uses its own login, separate from Shopify.

<Note>
  Shopify is not a sign-in provider for LTV.ai. Installing the Shopify app does not create dashboard access, and there is no Shopify single sign-on.

## Who can access what

Access is granted per workspace. Someone who can reach one brand cannot see another brand's customers, campaigns, or reporting.

User access is managed by the LTV.ai team. Contact your account manager to add a colleague, remove someone who has left, or change which workspaces a user can reach.

  Removing access for someone who has left the company is worth doing promptly, since dashboard access includes customer data.
