# Billing

> Where billing lives and when it blocks a send

Find billing under **Settings > Billing**.

## Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. LTV.ai does not store your card details.

## Billing and sending

Billing must be set up before a campaign can be scheduled. If it is not, LTV.ai stops you at the **Schedule** stage and points you here rather than letting the campaign fail later.

This check runs per workspace. If you run several brands, each needs billing configured.

## Shopify charges

Installing the LTV.ai Shopify app does not put a charge through Shopify. Billing is handled directly in LTV.ai.

## Billing is per workspace

If you run several brands, each [workspace](/manage/workspaces) is billed separately and needs its own billing setup. Configuring one does not unblock the others.

## What counts

Billing tracks sending through LTV.ai's own infrastructure. Campaigns you [push to Klaviyo](/send/sending-routes) are sent by Klaviyo and billed by Klaviyo, not here.

Generating campaigns, running proactive ideas, and building drafts you never send do not put mail on the wire.

## Questions

For plan changes, invoices, pricing, or a purchase order, contact your account manager. There is no self-serve plan change in the dashboard.
