# Shopify Integration

> How LTV.ai connects with your Shopify store

LTV.ai is a Shopify embedded app — it installs directly from the Shopify App Store and runs inside your Shopify admin. No code or technical setup required.

## What Syncs Automatically

Once installed, LTV.ai continuously syncs data from your Shopify store:

### Customer Data

* Customer profiles (name, email, location)
* Subscription and opt-in status
* Customer tags

### Order Data

* New orders and purchase history
* Order updates and status changes
* Cancellations and refunds

### Product Catalog

* Product details, images, and descriptions
* Pricing and inventory
* Collections and categories

  Data syncs happen in real time via Shopify webhooks. When a customer places an order or a product is updated, LTV.ai sees the change within seconds.

## How Data Is Used

## Shopify SSO

Your customers can be authenticated via Shopify Multipass, enabling seamless access to LTV.ai-powered experiences directly from your storefront.

## Accessing LTV.ai

You can access your LTV.ai dashboard in two ways:

1. **From Shopify admin** — click the LTV.ai app in your Shopify sidebar
2. **Direct login** — visit your LTV.ai dashboard URL directly

Both use single sign-on, so there's no separate password to remember.

## Troubleshooting

    Product sync happens automatically when products are created or updated in Shopify. If you've recently made bulk changes, allow up to 10 minutes for the sync to complete. If products are still missing after 10 minutes, try disconnecting and reconnecting the app in **Settings > Integrations**.

    Customer data updates in real time via webhooks. If data appears stale, check that the LTV.ai app still has the correct permissions in your Shopify admin under **Settings > Apps and sales channels**.

    Make sure the app is still installed. Go to **Settings > Apps and sales channels** in Shopify and verify LTV.ai is listed. If not, reinstall from the App Store.
