# Email Sending

> How LTV.ai handles email delivery through our own infrastructure

All emails sent through LTV.ai are delivered from our own sending infrastructure. We manage the entire email delivery pipeline — authentication, deliverability, and reputation — so you don't have to.

## How It Works

When you launch a campaign, LTV.ai handles:

* **Sending** — emails are delivered through our optimized infrastructure at scale
* **Authentication** — SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured on your behalf
* **Deliverability** — the [Deliverability Agent](/agents/deliverability) manages warm-up, reputation monitoring, and inbox placement
* **Bounce handling** — hard and soft bounces are processed automatically
* **Compliance** — unsubscribe links, CAN-SPAM headers, and suppression management are built in

## Custom Sending Domain

Your emails are sent from your brand's domain — not a generic LTV.ai address. During onboarding, we configure your domain's DNS records so emails appear from your brand:

| **SPF**   | Authorizes LTV.ai's infrastructure to send on behalf of your domain |
| **DKIM**  | Cryptographically signs emails so providers know they're authentic  |
| **DMARC** | Protects your domain against spoofing and phishing                  |
