# Campaigns

> Create and send one-off email campaigns powered by AI

## How Campaigns Work

Every campaign in LTV.ai is a single, one-off email send to a targeted audience. You describe what you want to promote, the AI builds the campaign, and you approve and send.

There are no drip sequences or automated trigger-based flows — every campaign is intentional, reviewed by you, and sent when you're ready.

## Managing Exclusions

You control who doesn't receive emails:

* **Brand-level exclusions** — customers excluded from all emails for your brand
* **Campaign-level exclusions** — customers excluded from a specific campaign

Unsubscribes are handled automatically — when a customer clicks the unsubscribe link, they're immediately added to your exclusion list and will never receive another marketing email.

## Campaign Performance

Track these metrics for each campaign in your dashboard:

| **Click Rate**       | % of openers who clicked a link          |

| **Unsubscribe Rate** | % of recipients who unsubscribed         |

  Allow 24-48 hours for open and click data to fully populate after a send. Conversion data can take several days.
