# Product catalog

> Where product data comes from and how to fix it when it looks wrong

Your product catalog powers product grids, recommendations, and any campaign that references specific items.

Find it under **Manage Modules > Product Catalog**.

## Where it comes from

If Shopify is connected, your catalog syncs automatically: titles, descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, and collections. It refreshes every 30 minutes.

If you are not on Shopify, upload a CSV instead. Uploads are accepted up to 150 MB.

## Keeping it accurate

LTV.ai checks catalog health and flags problems such as missing images, absent descriptions, or products that failed to import.

If products look wrong or stale, open **Settings > Connections > Shopify** and trigger a re-sync from the catalog health card. A large catalog change can take up to 30 minutes to appear on its own.

## How products get chosen

When LTV.ai builds a product grid it weighs the recipient's purchase history, affinity between products, and the campaign brief. You can override any of it in the draft editor by swapping individual products. See [Editing a draft](/create/editing-drafts).
